Bill was presented yesterday iirc. It won't pass, but it seems like a pretty reasonable proposal with no real fluff (museum/refugee/fucking space center money) other than the extra $600/wk UI money, they're not budging on that. Which is a shame, $400 extra feels right, $600 is too much.

economy is doing fine. jobs are rising apparently even though a few states are about to shutdown again.

Mnuchin and Pelosi have been meeting this week. It's sounding way more positive than the last few times.
Last update I saw was Mnuchin went to meet with McConnell after meeting with Pelosi. That leads me to think they may have come to an agreement or at least close to one and he now has to convince Mitch to allow it to be voted on --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
