Salted is better than unsalted.

He was the lead antagonist, of one of the greatest franchises of what many say was greatest console generation ever.

Im actually surprised more people arent talking about him.

Normally, yes, but sometimes when baking, you need the unsalted.

There is no good reason to keep unsalted butter.

1. The amount of salt isn't appreciable enough to 'ruin' a recipe that otherwise calls for unsalted.

2. Salted butter is superior for spreading at room temperature (for breads, corn)

3. Only salted butter can be safely stored at room temperatures as the salt inhibits growth of microbes

if you keep both your bread and your butter in the fridge, you may as well be the kind of person that puts milk in Earl Grey. i don't want to associate with you.

I simultaneously have long term storage butter in my freezer, cold butter in my fridge, and spreading butter at room temperature.

I have about 4 large jars of peanut butter (only one open, of course) all at room temperature.

I respect that this topic is designated as 100% pure butter so bread commentary will not be made.

I don't remember a Zeus antagonist on the SNES.

I actually like the taste and texture of refrigerated peanut butter. Makes it impossible to spread though so I rarely have it in there. The only reason I could see somebody wanting unsalted butter is if they need to avoid sodium.
