My sorrow, when shes here with me,
Thinks these dark days of autumn rain
Are beautiful as days can be;
She loves the bare, the withered tree;
She walks the sodden pasture lane.
Her pleasure will not let me stay.
She talks and I am fain to list:
Shes glad the birds are gone away,
Shes glad her simple worsted grey
Is silver now with clinging mist.
The desolate, deserted trees,
The faded earth, the heavy sky,
The beauties she so truly sees,
She thinks I have no eye for these,
And vexes me for reason why.
Not yesterday I learned to know
The love of bare November days
Before the coming of the snow,
But it were vain to tell her so,
And they are better for her praise.

Its going to be all good, TC. Im not going to spout some nonsense that youll eventually meet the one but there will be other women who come along. In the meantime, try exercising. Itll help take your mind off of things and its a great opportunity to meet new people. Were here for you, too.

How tall are you?

Is she taller than you?
We're about the same height.

I'm 5'10, but she usually is wearing boots or something that make her a little taller.

Also on a side note, I'm going to start working out after work, there's no gyms nearby, so it'll be home workouts only. I want to get into shape, because it'll benefit myself in the long run.

So on that note, does anyone know any good home workout regiments that will build muscle?

Push-ups. Do different varieties to work different muscles.

Squats using your body weight. If you have stairs, those are a good option to run up.

Lunges are good. See if you have household items (like bags of rice) you can use as a weight.

Planks to build your core muscles.

And for the love of God, before doing anything google how to do them using proper form. And stretch before hand.

Alright guys, I've made a topic detailing my dive into a better body.

I don't know what I'm doing yet, but I'm going to figure it out.

Yeah, twice in a week, but I listened to some RHCP and got better.

Usually I can wait at least a couple months between breakdowns, but I guess being away from home, and surrounded by strangers, and you know, her, has really taken a toll on me.

I'm working on it, piecing myself back together, hopefully stronger.
