I have that and it still happens. I never see ads but I constantly see those autoplay videos. I think they're just embedded youtube videos.

There's some kinda adblock or ublock browser or something that you can use instead of Chrome or whatever the default is. I dont recall the name of the top of my head but you should find it pretty easily.
