I feel like if they do, it'll be in a 3 character style again. I just don't see it.

I voted yes just because it's an obvious stunt, but I do think it might be a while because considering the tone GTA goes for it would be hard to do.
GTA let's the players be pigs and to some extent misogynists by virtue of that you are controlling characters who think that way. If however you played as a woman it would be much harder to achieve that. Then again she'd probably be a lesbian, so I guess if they did a "women can be evil, selfish, criminal misogynists too!" angle it could work.
