Why is it, the person who crashed into you deals with you directly? monkmith 10/15/20 10:09:12 AM #2:	better question is why does the insurance company you pay every month/3 months acting like you're the cause of the accident and threatening to raise your rates unless you handle the situation yourself? you'd think paying for insurance would mean they actually do the leg work to get the other persons insurance to pay for damages... --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
