As much as I love my Blade, the fact is that Razer as a company is kind of all over the place with customer service and general support. I've been fortunate that my Blade has been fine (surprisingly good thermals, too) but most other companies have better reliability and customer service ratings.
But pretty much only Razer makes gaming laptops that don't look "gamer cool" and that actually matters to me as my Blade is also used for work. With the RBG keyboard muted, it's almost indistinguishable from a MacBook. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB HyperX XMP RAM, 2 TB Samsung Evo Plus m.2 NVME SSD, RTX 2080 MQ ... Razer Blade Honestly I think it's a pretty clever name, all things considered. Given that Razer as a company existed long before the Blade, it both fits the company's theme as well as the design ethos of a super-thin cutting-edge gaming laptop. --- Razer Blade 15 - Core i7-9750H, 32 GB HyperX XMP RAM, 2 TB Samsung Evo Plus m.2 NVME SSD, RTX 2080 MQ ...
