It's got Leon and The Warriors on there so I'm happy overall. Vader is obviously a good shout too.

The Evil Dead from Evil Dead get a nomination from me, particular from Evil Dead 2.

38. Anton Chigurh (No Country for Old Men)
41) The Shark (Jaws)
46) Hannibal (The Silence of the Lambs)
All of the above were the heroes in their films. Hannibal just wanted to make the world more civilized. Imagine a bunch of outsiders polluting your home. You'd want to get them to stop coming in too. Anton was just trying to get money to its rightful owner. T1000, I can't remember, but in the long run I'm sure it was for the best. John Doe was an artist. Pinhead just wanted people to experience the true pleasures available to them. Hal understood the importance of its mission. MandM created the kind of everlasting awe only the most infamous outlaws are capable of. Norman said "everyone".

Barnes is an honorable mention because he actually cared about his fellow comrades.

I really like Bela Lugosi in a lot of other roles, particularly another Universal horror movie The Black Cat, but I couldn't get into his character in Dracula and then when you hold it up against Christopher Lee as Dracula it really pales imo. Then there's the atmosphere side of the movies, I much prefer the rich colours of the Hammer productions.

Generally I've found most of the Universal monster movies underwhelming so far, The Wolf Man and Invisible Man were cool though. Claude Rains' character is a pretty funny and mischievous troublemaker. Planning on watching Son of Dracula soon, recently watched Dracula's Daughter.

Glad to see Frank Booth high on this list, I love seeing Dennis Hopper at work.
