I remember we never had the required cables or ports or some shit on our TVs for game consoles, so we would have to do this tedious shit with the VCR, where we would pop a tape in for a second, and somehow that got it to the correct mode.(?)

I remember having the dial that was like... U thru 13, and then when it was on U, it switched it to the second dial that had 14 thru I dunno, around 70 or whatever?

We didnt have to do that because cable wasnt available in our area so we only got 1 channel

Remember when fucking buttons were on the tv at all? Buttons are on pretty much every TV to this day...? Also, mine didn't have buttons at all as a kid, it had 2 channel knobs, a power knob (pull to turn on, push to turn off), and 2 or 3 settings knobs for color, contrast, etc. --- R.I.P.
