Put water in it probably just below the stem (what the bowl piece is attached to)

Put your medicine in the bowl. Burn it. Inhale from the glass tube. It'll fill with smoke. Remove the bowl piece and inhale again and enter the land of zoot. If its an acrylic bong (cheaper) their might be a choke you gotta put your thumb on while doing the same process.

it was a real question and it helps. i dont have a thumb spot but the bowl piece does come out. there are like little indentations in the neck too, not sure what those are for. like three inward conical shapes. might just be design

also yeah i never done anything other than roast bones or bowls so this is alien to me

Its the same concept as a bowl. Choke in, choke out. Except you remove the bowl piece temporarily when inhaling that acts as the choke

those are ice catchers. you put ice cubes in it, however many you can fit or even just one. it cools down the smoke and makes it much easier and more comfortable to smoke. probably the safest and healthiest way to get smoke, combined with the filtration of the water.

basically you want the smoke to go through the water and up the pipe, past the ice. it's clean, it's great.

Ya its legit. Ice catchers are great. Gently drop a cube or two in if it has one. (It won't fall far)

Only thing is when it melts the water will obviously become higher and you might have to change it more often or not. Good etiquette is to change it every day tho

I'm only going to be nice about this because I like you: You can find videos of people explaining the mechanics and not smoking. if you don't like watching people partake in a social thing though, you shouldn't be smoking. if it's for anything other than social interactions (where you'd watch them smoke), the videos will be highly educational.

Edit: As for Ice, I had a 1.5" bong I named Hiroshima, but once I did the right thing became "Hero-shima". Filled the base with ice, and minimal water, and let sit in a bowl of ice for 5+ minutes (spinning like a bottle of champagne). Always take the slide out(both male and female parts out during this to prevent breaking). Makes it come out fresher than air after almost drowning.

Okay, absolutely serious mode because I cannot stand people telling others incorrect info regarding the use of "Tabaco".

Depending one the size, you'll have to do things differently. I understand yours has an "Ice Catch" and the "Carb" is the slide itself.

So, fill it up with water to the point where if the slide is removed the water will be 1-0.5 inch from the opening. While inhaling remove the slide (male piece only if possible) the absolute second your throat feel "itchy"; it's only going to get worse when the dry air hits. Do not do to much at once.

As far as Ice goes; the ice catch is meant for medium sized cubes. when the smoke passes it; it cools it down further than the water did. using ice in the base (or very cold water/snow) will further that. If done right (do not freeze the bong) you'll have a "menthol hit" that is more cooling than breathing in the arctic.

*remember what happens when you heat up a piece of ice: it breaks. The glass slide will work the same if as cold as the base.
