09/17, I opened a new T-Mobile account, transferring three phone numbers and three phones to get three iPhone 11 Pros for free.

09/18, I added a fourth line, transferred another phone number and another phone to get an iPhone 11 Pro Max for $100. That same day, I got assurance from T-Force (their social media support team) that all four lines will qualify for the "iPhone On Us" promo.

09/20, I got my first bill, and two lines had the promo, the other two lines didn't. I contacted T-Force again, and they confirmed all four lines will qualify and it will take 1 or 2 billing cycles to show up.

10/08, I checked online and saw the 3rd and 4th lines were enrolled in the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promo. I contacted T-Force yet again, and they apologized and said it'll be corrected by the time the next bill gets generated.

10/18, I got my next bill. All four lines no longer have any promos, and the promo I got from the 1st bill were back-charged to me. I contacted T-Force, and they literally wrote: "You're receiving the right offer per the right amount of credits on the account."

I pretty much didn't respond to that, and filed a BBB complaint.

Apparently T-Mobile takes BBB complaints semi-seriously and handles it through their "executive customer support" team. If this doesn't work, I'm definitely going to go all the way and file an arbitration. If arbitration doesn't work, then filing a small claims case (I opted out of the arbitration only clause, so I can sue them). I've done this (up to arbitration) with AT&T a decade or so ago, and I won (rightfully so).
