Android. I have a digital copy of a book-on-tape, broken into like 24 1.5 hour long mp3s.

My first thought was to just sync them to my phone with Spotify, but spotify doesn't have precise control of what point in the mp3 I'm on, like jumping backwards or forwards in increments of 10 seconds or so, and I kinda want to be able to do that when I miss things.

You know, stuff like that. Anyone know any free mp3 player apps with functionality like that? Just some basic audio player with precise timer and autoplay stuff.

Thanks for the recs guys. Did some more digging after my last post and I THINK I got myself set up well with an app called Pocket Casts. Hopefully it turns out well, I'll keep all y'all's suggestions in mind if this one ends up shite.

I upload the podcast I make on Spotify; idk about most of the other platforms yet honestly.

Overcast. There is a smart skip for periods of no talking, and you can set up speeds for individual podcasts (ie: less serious ones you can put on a higher speed, more serious ones that need more indepth listening you can leave at 1x or 1.25x, etc). It's seriously a game changer. I mostly listen to podcasts from comedians, so the ability to set my speeds individually is great.

Just try to handle this.
