it makes me sleepy for like the next four hours every time I do. then I don't get shit done at work until at least 1pm and act like I have no time to do anything because I'm basically using half the day

Same also late for work one (of many) benefits to wfh is that I don't show up late due to deeding anymore (except when I can't get out of bed in time and I didn't sleep with my laptop).
