Not to mention the FPS levels on the ground, in the air, and in the water as well. I do see the merit in wanting to complete the level in one go, and I also see how having to go through multiple worlds for one jiggy gets annoying (i.e. the one in the jolly roger lagoon pool that requires you to drop an ice cube from cloud cuckooland into the hot water of hailfire peaks to cool down the water in jolly roger lagoon), but that's basically the "worst" instance of multi-world jiggies.
