Oh and they had one of the witnesses ride slowly by in a squad car to see if they could identify him (reminder that eyewitness testimony is basically known to be pseudo science at this point because of our fickle memories). Oh and he didnt actually match the description, turns out. He was on a jog. I was on a drunk pokemon go walk at night and apparently some weirdo exposed his penis and testicles to a group of underage girls near a subway not far from where I was. Cops were looking for him and one of them thought I was the guy. The more I talked to him and explained what I was doing and how I could prove it, the more he thought I was not the guy. The girls were driven by a few times and confirmed that it wasn't me. The cop also gave me a brief unwanted lecture about open container laws and was like "I could pour <my bottle of vodka> out but I'm not going to." In my head, I was like "It's like 1-2 nips worth and I'm a 5 minute walk from my apartment so I'm just gonna go home and drink more so there wouldn't be a point in pouring it out" but I wasn't going to give him a reason to be a dick so I just said "Thank you. I appreciate that." When he had been getting the witnesses, another cop stayed back with me. I made it my mission to overexplain pokemon go to the point where she got bored listening to me. --- Who can @ Mention me? -Nobody- "the final thing that set the mods off was a picture of two lions having sex." -boxington ...
