People are usually kind and offer advice and suggestions and it's up to the TC to step up to make things better. IMO, if you live in America or any 1st world country then there are steps to make things better. You have to make an effort, though. No one is going to carry you full on. --- Don't like it? At first I got loads of support and it was the first time I'd felt that, so it became a habit to seek that out and vent at the same time. I've forced myself to stop, and my mental health has improved a lot.
