I learned today that one armed bench press is an excellent ab workout because im sore af. I think i am going to keep them in my routine. It's giving my core a nice workout.

Today was chest/arm day. I had to reduce my work weight on several lifts since I missed a lot of sessions. Regardless, it feels good to get back into the gym.

I'm just doing an inconsistent number of push-ups, planks, jogging, and jumping jacks on a semi-regular basis. I also go for a lot of walks.

Took the weekend off.... Ate my normal stuff but I ate alot of dark chocolate covered almonds. But even with those calories I stayed under maintenence both days.
Weight is 178 this morning. Back to grinding this morning. Doing reddit ppl in my 50 degree garage. Start every morning with a warmup run which I ramp up every week by 0.050 miles. Started at 0.5 mile jog, now I'm at 0.7 mile jog. Once I get to 1 mile a day I will probably go up on my incline or speed. Current speed is 7.5 and incline is 2.0. Because I started off somewhat low weights I'm making progress both in weights and anesthetics. But again it's only been about 4 weeks. --- I am Dan_Haren ... Copied to Clipboard!

I lack the ability to push myself by upping weight often without injury so I went pure volume. It worked pretty well in my case but I didn't really notice the results until after I got on a more traditional routine. Its probably not the optimal path but whatever lets you advance is cool. I'm 178, same as last week. But theres much less variations now and I'm consistently below 180. So thats some sort of progress. Curious where my weight will be in a month from now. I think I've hit a good stride where I have a set diet and I'm not struggling with it.

I'm on Christmas break starting today. Slept in and had an excellent chest day. Managed to not fall into any cheat reps despite upping my weight on a couple lifts.
Overall I'm seeing a lot of progress in strength this year. Im actually really interested to go into a real gym and see what my bench is at. Ive been doing dumbells for so long that I have no clue at this point. --- PSN: Jiek ... Copied to Clipboard!
