Same thing that happened every other time a president changed. Biden starts getting debriefed, gop plans on how to obstruct as much as possible, dnc incompetence hands back the presidency in 2024 where they try for a 3rd time to run on a campaign of not trump because they still dont get it

everything biden tries to do will be blocked by the republicans so nothing will happen but the republicans will use the fact that nothing got done during the next election cycle knowing their base will be to dumb to piece together that it was the right who stopped anything from getting done in the first place
