Poll of the Day > Can I get a little help figuring out a game title

This game sounds alot like the lovecraft styled movie "from beyond". It involves the protagonist getting into a car wreck where the doctors said he should have died. He wakes up from a month long coma where he kept dreaming of this beautiful woman. Upon awakening he finds him disgusted with the appearence of other people and that normal food now to him revolting or like excrement. He feels a familiar presense and meets the woman from her coma dreams. She acts hostile at first but sees his lack of fear as charming. She apologizes for the mess as she was preparing her lunch. He sees several large sweet smelling fruit. She prepares to eat but he ask for some. Confused she hands him a pod from inside the fruit and he comments on how good it taste but its so juicy its hard to eat.

In a moment of clarity the players sees a horror beast infront of him and the boy eating part of the two dead people infront of him. Which shifts back to the happy world the boy was in happily talking to the creature.

Its a horror game but I cannot find it anywhere and google doesnt provide any good info. Did anyone play this game. Its about 5 years old and is a game from japan

Wait that game is a novel game. The one I was thinking of was a 3d game that included a sanity meter/mood similar to some of the amnesia like titles.

So...what exactly does the gameplay include then? Just wandering around a gross world doing...nothing?

Maybe some one made a rip off game of the story or something but that is exactly saya no uta's plot.

I think I saw a black and white Japanese-lovecraftian/horror game on Steam not too long ago that sounds like this could be it. I can't remember the name though the artwork was very distinct.

nope but I Definitely want world of horror. If I cant figure this one out I will probably play that next. I probavly would skip saya. I've avoided eroge titles in general as new some increadibly creepy friends that obsessed over games like true love 95 back in high school.
