Biden doesn't just have to win the election, something that has not yet happened, the Supreme Court has to decide to NOT turn America into Trump's dictatorship. faithless electors are more likley, but it's like when we talk about election fraud. yes, mail in votes are like 100x more likely to be fraudulent votes. But that's because there's like 1-10 instances of inperson fraud and 100 cases of mail in fraud, most of which is the result of honest mistakes.
there has never been a faithless elector who has decided an election.
