I did a light keto diet for about a year. Due to some physical limitations I had at the time I couldn't work out either.
I went from 275 down to my current weight of 185. I suggest you look into keto casseroles, there's tons! Also intermittent fasting is helpful as well. Oh and portion control, that's the biggest thing you need to change to lose weight. Now I haven't been strict with myself all of 2020, but I still am at 185 because of portion control and generally low carb meals and I'm pretty happy here. Due to some physical limitations I had at the time I couldn't work out either. yeah i can't work out either (covid) so i need to go on a diet i normally intermittent fast by default (i don't get hungry until around noon or so) i def need to work on portion control, sometimes i eat just because i feel like i should (it's lunch time or dinner), don't plan out my portions well and eat just to finish the plate, eat out of boredom (it's something to mix it up when i've been working or watching tv all day) or eat snacks when im craving it (ice cream, etc) i have 1 day's worth of rice to finish tmrw (with a steak and pork chop) and then i'll go grocery shopping sat to pick up some keto goodies --- ... There's also meal replacement powders.
I like soylent a lot. They aren't keto, but they help with portion control a lot. For snacks get things like celery and peanut butter.
