I certainly don't expect it to happen, but that's not far from the ranges he was actually getting on the mail ins.

Of course, NC is the most successful gerrymandered state in the country, so they're likely deliberately slowing the process to miss deadlines. Even if 80% of the remaining votes are straight blue tickets, Biden and Cunningham won't get those earned seats.

Again, I don't think it'll happen.
