Context: I've discovered a local area ATM dispensing brand new partially sequential 2017A series $20s all with a serial number under 9,999. They aren't 100% sequential, but most bills are. The format is PG 00004xxxC. I'm in the 4,000s block of 2017A(p) Chicago FED(g) issued notes, from the third "run"(c) of 99 million notes. I've found like 2-3 serial numbers in the thousands range before, and one in the hundreds(677*). Last week this machine was spitting out these bills. I got 5000, 50, 58, 4200, 4999, and a few others. I decided to cut my losses and stop for a bit, because I am currently 3,000 dollars in debt to my mom(she has enough money, plus its all sitting here in my room). Today I was in the area so I went back and snagged this motherfucker

How much are these worth to collectors? Like significantly more than the actual dollar value? Are you doing this more for hobby or profit?

I'm doing this because it's fun but I do want to sell some of these because there is obvious money potential right here.

The best bill this machine has spit out is 00000050. That is number 50 out of 99,999,999.

It's not worth a ton of money, but it could be sold, I estimate $100-200. It is also in great condition, gently circulated.

Maybe $500 dollars worth of collector value?

The inevitable question is, who would buy this? I wouldn't, because i'm going on a dang ol' treasure hunt, even though some of these(50, 58, 55) are ones you aren't even likely to find in one lifetime. or something. But some people with real money want a collection. There may be some people trying to collect 1-100, and you may have their final piece.
