They keep bringing up Bush v. Gore, but the main issue Gore had through all of his litigation was nothing he tried was successfully able to flip a 500 vote margin.

Gore; 500 votes, 1 state. Tries to litigate, fails.

After this, many election laws are instituted to avoid a redraw of this scenario

Trump; down by a minimum of 10,000 votes, needs 3 states. Tries to litigate 6 states, and the non AZ/GA pick for 3rd state would be 2-3x the hurdle the first two are.

It's just not going to work out because the only controversial ballots (legally) that could get tossed are late arriving ballots, which were counted separately in the case of PA, meaning Biden's lead of 50k> is without them. The Supreme Court can't actually change this sheer vote wall the same way Gore couldn't do anything about the tiny hurdle he was trying to clear.

basically: If this is Bush v. Gore 2, Trump is the Gore, in a situation that's more insurmountable by many orders of magnitude.

Ah yes. The 2000 election.

There were these three lawyers that helped Bush steal that election. John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Barrett. I wonder what they're up to now.....

I don't think you read my post. They denied Gore a recount; giving Trump a recount could be a partisan decision, but it would change nothing since no recount changes the margins by 10k>+. The core issue is nobody can leap over vote hurdles.

Unless they were fraudulent.

they think all the biden votes were fake. that somehow nobody actually really voted for Biden, and they think they can get the biden votes thrown away.
