Duncanwii 11/13/20 2:47:11 PM #1:	Oh let's make it so that the one move that can steal items from wild Pokemon only has 10 uses before you need to go back to the Pokemon Center or use up a rare Ether. We could have easily made it have a more manageable max 15 or 20 PP but we decided that it's fine with what we have now. Let's also make it so most of the best equip items are held by wild Pokemon making so you basically have to have a Pokemon with Thief in your party. I tried that for a little while then I tan out of Pokeballs and had to pull out my Kecleon because it learned Thief through level up so I didnt have to use up the TM. Also Kecleon is the only Pokemon in Gen 3 that could learn Thief through level up.
