It's become famous now as the inspiration for the Terminator franchise so I watched it.

I have the original Outer Limits series but never got around to watching it. I know it won't be as good as Twilight Zone but hopefully it's OK.

Different focus - TZ is more about psychology and sociology, OL is more about technology.
That being said...
