Board 8 > Yo how can one get an Xbox X before Christmas?

My buddy's wife wants to get it for him and it's apparently sold out much like the PS5.

I have followed absolutely nothing about the Xbox X release, but is there any chance of it being restocked before Christmas? Or is there any way she can pre-order it for a future restock?

I managed to get a PS5 this morning myself off of Sony's website. Not sure if XBOX is doing the same thing. Maybe try them if they are?

I guess I should clarify that the 7pm is Eastern Time. Figure accordingly.

Also Best Buy is expecting a restock on Sunday, November 22, but a time has not been specified.

I've had the instock alerts for PS5 open on my computer for the last day and a half. I've let my computer out of earshot for like 5 minutes all day today and that's when it went off. Of course.

Good luck. Until they actually sell them in the store expect them to sell out online instantly a lot especially since some people are botting so they can try to sell them at 1k a piece.

They're out of stock now, but they come back in once in a while. I managed to get one yesterday, and it came in today.

Yes. I stepped away from my computer at around 2:35 today to unload some laundry and it went instock at 2:36. By the time I got back to the computer, I was way too late.

And I'm working all day next four days, so no chance there.

Ouch. Guess you have to keep an eye out. They had some yesterday morning fairly early (eastern time). They might not have had many. (I had to queue up to get in, and my wait time was 45 minutes, but they hadn't sold out by the time I got to the front of the queue.) Good luck!

Yes, I know. I barely missed that one too. I was telling someone the tracking website and noticed that I had missed it by like 5 minutes. I also missed several of the ones on launch day by a few minutes, and twice got all the way to "place order" on Walmart only to miss it.

Yeah, I got all the way to place order on Walmart too. Then the website stopped working on me and they were sold out. I think Black Friday is the best bet from Walmart. Gamestop is supposed to get 2 in each store too I think, but that's in person and who knows how early people will start showing up. (If you live in a small town it might be easier).

Unfortunately I work Black Friday so that's not an option for me.

Cyber Monday might be a better bet for me.

@PrivateBiscuit1 the time for PS5 on Walmart the day before Thanksgiving got changed to 9pm Eastern. Might want to check and see if it's the same for Xobox.
