I've done quite a bit of research but and I don't think there's actual in-lore reason why that didn't happen every can agree on but if they did happen then that would've been a complete cop out

It's like people saying why didn't Doctor Strange just create the ring to cut off Thanos' arm that had the gaunlet like he did with Cull Obsidian. It's because we wouldn't need the other two thirds of Infinty War or any of Endgame

Sometimes you just need to let things slide for the sake of the adventure

Because the Eagles would not fly close to Mans land. This is established in The Hobbit as why they would not take the party all the way to Lonely Mountain, and dropped them off at Mirkwood.

The same reasoning applies.

No. The eagles are not a taxi service and it would be too dangerous for the eagles to go that distance without bringing attention to where the ring is. Also mount doom is not an open faced volcano that you can just drop it in.

There are plenty of reasons. Here are three

Remember how Galadriel has a self described test that she passes by not immediately killing Frodo when he enters the room with the ring?

Remember how Gandalf refuses to touch the ring?

What do you think will happen when the ring is continually in the presence of weaker minded powerful beings?

Mordor has Anti air defenses, if the eagle carrying the ring gets dropped Sauron and minions can easily find it.

The whole point of the stealth mission is so Sauron doesn't seem them coming and know what is happening. He isn't an idiot and would catch on pretty quick.

The Eagles are not weak minded by any stretch of the imagination. But they are powerful and certainly open to temptation, yeah. People (not you) ignore this aspect and seem to think they're just birds lol.
