5-2 against Trump. Majority ruled that observers were not there as auditors so did not need to be close enough to see individual ballots and were close enough to observe the process. They also ruled that Pennsylvania law gives election judges broad authority over observer conduct.

This isn't the same case Giuliani is arguing elsewhere, but does put a damper on the case there.

It's a bit generous to call what Giuliani is doing "arguing"

Ghouliani is still determined to fight it even if he loses.

WTF 2 jellyfish voted that they weren't close enough?

You can't have a gaggle of partisan thugs standing 2 inches away from guys counting ballots. That's a receipe for disaster.

The ruling was actually based on jurisdiction issues. The majority ruled that legislation allows election judges broad authority and the lower court didn't have the authority to require them to be closer. The two dissenting judges basically said that the lower court did have jurisdiction and anything beyond that was moot because it wouldn't ultimately result in overturning the election anyway.

A headline I can't find at the moment reminded me that the original decision was one of the few to go in Trump's favor.
