For those two lazy to watch a 10 minute video the argument is:

Gabriel is about to become a teacher (he actually is one now) and has confessed to having sex with a prostitute in the past.

Yahtzee posits that the students might find this out and bring it up against him. Then the headteacher and parents may complain until he is fired.

Gabriel denies this can happen because prositution is legal in Australia, therefore it's illegal to fire someone for doing it. Legally he could even have sex with a 16 year old student and there would be nothing they could do .

Yahtzee says that it won't stop them.

Gabriel says Yahtzee has no knowledge of the hiring/firing pratices of education and only went to high school, therefore he is wrong.

So Australian users: Who was right here?

Do you think a teacher could hypothetically get fired if it came out that they fucked a hooker an parents got up in arms about it?
