Verizon put Fios in my area recently and other than having to toss my relatively new cable modem I'm having trouble seeing why switching isn't just automatically the best choice. It's both cheaper AND faster based on what they advertise. I don't have cable or a landline, so this is really just about internet.
However, I'm not going to take advertising entirely at face value. Is there some catch here? Or is Comcast really just that shitty? --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz. The Three Beats Of War, Peace And Revolution Continue On Forever." - Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz ... Copied to Clipboard!

Do it as long as it's not stupidly expensive or something. You might even be able to get a decent price if you have Comcast and Verizon in your area.

Are you getting FiOS TV as well, or just internet? That makes a difference in equipment needed.

I just use a Roku box and stuff like Hulu/Netflix --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz. The Three Beats Of War, Peace And Revolution Continue On Forever." - Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz ...
