Not sure why you would send home an 80+ year old woman with covid and not even give her medication or anything

Now she's having more issues because they were too fucking stupid to keep her there last week

Im not sure if I should be pissed or upset but I'm definitely angry at those stupid fucks

You self isolate with COVID symptoms for two weeks over here. They don't cart you right into hospital unless it's really needed. This isn't stupidity as beds can be used for folk who actually need them. Perhaps your gran should phone a ambulance if it's needed that much.

Sure most people should, but my grandma is a tough sob so her going to the hospital at all is a bad sign and shes 80+, if anyone gets a bed in a hospital it should be her. Also she had her sister bring her, who lives down the street

So has she phone a ambulance and got herself carted back in? Seems like she needs to. If not then that's on her on her choice. Unless she can't afford it of course.

Unfortunately they probably want to save beds for younger patients. When everyone needs treatment but not enough people can provide it, some people are going to go without. I'm sorry, I hope she's ok

Ha, winter showing his Britishness. Here in America we don't willingly call ambulances if we can help it because it costs thousands of dollars. The first time my knee cap popped out I painfully squished into my mom's tiny car and she drove me to the hospital, rather than calling or waiting for an ambulance.
