An argument is precisely what they want. They can't be a Karen without the attention. Take my advice from another thread and mind your own business. A bored Karen will go home to find something else to do. It may take a while, they're persistent.

As somebody who has literally put a mask on during an asthma attack (biked to work when I hadn't really done much biking for several months, had been off my asthma meds, started the route with a really steep uphill, and had donated blood two days prior... not my smartest idea) and had no problems whatsoever, I can pretty safely say that the "health conditions" people whine about are largely nonsense.
