I'm not sure how, and they're all things small enough that it doesn't seem worth harassing the landlord about.

I've been living here about 9 months, and over time small things have become noticeable
-There's a front porch light but no switch to turn it on
-There's a light in the basement but no switch to turn it off so you literally just have to unscrew the bulb
-The door between the basement and boiler room isn't actually connected to anything, just jammed into the doorframe so you have to physically pick up the door to get into the boiler room
-The light above the stove doesn't turn on
-There are several mystery switches that don't seem to do anything

Most of these are things just so small it doesn't seem worth getting on the landlord's bad side by bringing them up, but they're also things I want fixed or answers to

depends on your landlord, but I don't think it's really harassing them just to ask. in my apartment I've never felt I was getting on the landlord's bad side by putting in a maintenance request.

I don't know my apartment complex has its own maintenance team and you just put in a request online and it's usually fixed within 1-2 days

it's pretty nice

That was the nice thing about living in a Camden apartment. Whenever I put a service ticket in they would be there within an hour to attempt to fix it or order the part required to fix it.

Yeah there's no line official service tickets to put in, just the guy that owns the building, and we've already had to message him a bunch of times before over things like the washer needing replaced and water leaking from the upstairs apartment's garbage disposal

(Btw I feel like I ideally should have a garbage disposal since upstairs has one and we have three switches around the sink with no use)
