Normal type: Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, ambrosia, cranberry jelly, green beam casorle, etc

Alternate millenial/gen-z type: Shitty pizza, macaroni, grilled cheese, or something embarrassing like that.

Hmm?

I had normal one and have tons of left overs lol

I am reading that a (significant?) amount of young people, some of my friends included, had the alternate type. Yikes...

We made a fairly typical setup (turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread) but it was just for me, my wife, and the two older kids (since the baby is still only nursing.)

Oh and we also did a chocolate cream pie for dessert.

We usually have a big Thanksgiving, but this year we just had a turkey.

My grandpa is on his way out from lung cancer, so nobody felt much for cooking.

I'm hispanic, so our Thanksgiving every year growing up was turkey with lots of rice. That's it. Maybe some beets on the side.

Since I married a white girl, though, my Thanksgivings have been more traditional. So much food.

Traditional, but there was mac and cheese there too.
The mac was good, but I wasn't feeling it.

Never had beets and rice with the dinner but my Hispanic side got plenty of tamales : )

Also red sauce goes heavenly with ham and turkey : )

I didn't do anything related to thanksgiving because it was cancelled due to coronavirus concerns.

We had turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, squash, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and black olives. Same thing we typically have but didn't have any extended family over.
