Basically any diet with a name is dumb.

Just calorie count. Burn more energy than you consume. It works 100% of the time if you keep up with it long enough.

It involves a very minimalistic amount. Less than anyone who isnt deliberately avoiding them has ever eaten.

50g is the limit for keto. And it's definitely easier now to be on a diet like that now, then it was 20 years ago. Thanks to stuff like oat fiber, and stevia, you can have bread which have only 3-4g of carbs, and noodles, and ramen thanks to konjac flours. Nothing like the real thing obviously, but you have much bigger options now. Only thing that irritates me are those "Fruits are bad because of fructose!" and "Nothing is wrong with high saturated fat!" morons.

I eat 50-100 grams of carbs on keto.
