So we have this new Intranet introduced and the user could not login. From the get go, I told him everyone who couldn't login so far simply didn't put in the right password. The new Intranet would be using the SAME credentials as the old one. I dunno why he was so fucking convinced he knew his password was right and our system was wrong.

Thankfully Chrome now saves passwords. I went into his saved passwords and behold, the idiot was using the wrong password. He told me the saved password isn't the one he uses to login every day. I told him that's not possible and obviously that's not true since he's been tryna login using that password. Turns out he thought his Windows password and Intranet password was the same thing. Dunno why we still have this guy employed.

Your soft skills suck, telling users from the get go that everything not working is their fault is a bad road to go down. Even if it's true which it usually is. That makes them never want to cooperate with you, and standoffish users are far worse than normal users.
