Sometimes I could wait 2 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes (I usually cancel the order by this point). When I get the order though, it's directly to the drop off. Only pickup though; I live in a big metropolitan area so there are tons of great places I can walk to. Its hard to plan meals too because my tastes change constantly. I tried using it a few days ago but the site was broken, couldn't access my Uber account because I don't have that phone number anymore, can't switch phone numbers for that account, my $20 coupon can't be used, had to make a new account, can't use the coupon on a different account, have to wait for that coupon to be shared to my new account.
