Mine pays for my entire premium and my HDHP has a reasonable deductible on top of it.

It's not been seriously tested, but for I've basically paid nothing for anything and very little for fickle things like my dermatologist.

Pretty good. Whatever mine doesn't cover completely my wife's insurance picks up the remaining cost.

We have a high deductible plan that has the minimum deductable required to qualify for an HSA, which I'm really just using as a second Roth IRA. Can't complain really.
