I was prescribed adderall for my ADHD, and in college I found out that I could sell my $5 prescription for $250-300/month, and that meth was only $25/g on the darknetmarkets, so I sold my prescription and used meth as a replacement for awhile. I mean, at first I used "responsibly" but that's literally a joke, no one can use something like this responsibly. In small amounts, it literally was just like adderall, but it really lacked the side effects of adderall, as weird as this sounds. So, Adderall is a mixture of levo- and dextro- ampetamine, where levoamphetamine activates your peripheral nervous system and dextroamphetamine activates your central nervous system (and dopamine release). With meth, it's straight dextromethamphetamine, with "methamphetamine" obviously being the more powerful of the two. Edit: The "levo" part of adderall just makes you feel irritable and stuff, the "dextro" part is the "feel good" part of it. I know some of my fellow students would take adderall to focus on their hw for hours. Some would take half a pill, whole pill, multiple. Shits really popular in the bay.
