But if I'm playing something like an FPS, Racing game, Fighting game, etc. or just grinding in an RPG, then sometimes yes. However, as others have said, it's not just limited to watching TV. Oh, and it also depends on the music and sound effects in the games I'm playing, and if the sound plays a big part in the game.
