The mindfuck in the middle was great. But the path to get there was a borefest...

Then the ending sequence was also pretty boring. Just felt like mindless groups of people running forwards and another group of people running backwards in the background. Like it tries to look intensive and immersive, but I didnt get that feeling. I felt it looked sort of silly, and it didnt really make much sense to me since you dont see ANY bad guys.

It was a massive disappointment. All the characters are dogshit and I ended up not caring about anything going on.

The ending isn't boring, it's headache inducing.

Well thats typical of most Nolan films; you dont care about the people, but rather you care about the world. Hell, the main character doesnt even have a name; he literally refers to himself as the protagonist.

I like the idea presented and the mindfuck in the middle with the temporal pincer, but it never gets explored too much.

Eh... one team goes backwards telling the other team what happened. Twilight guy sees the protagonist fall for the trap, so he reverses himself to try to stop them. Fails, so he drives on over to pull them out via their truck. But then sees that he should go back one last time, where he ends up getting shot in the head to unlock the door for the protagonist.

And that little boy at the end? Hes the twilight guy when he was a little boy. /fake_surprise_face

But that whole end sequence wasnt interesting at all, because nothing felt like it was at any real stakes, and the good guys running backwards and shit was kinda distracting (seriously, it looks silly). Furthermore, except for that one bad guy that kept trying to put the key or whatever that is in the ground, you dont see ANY bad guys. Who the hell is this good army fighting?
