Literally calling the legislatures and governors of states he lost in the election, as well as recounts, as well as audits, as well as court cases. That's straight-up cheating. It's a coup. It's sedition.
His court cases were disasters. He has literally no substantial evidence, but insists that merely making the accusation repeatedly and holding fake "hearings" consisting entirely of GOP officials and unquestioned "eye witnesses" giving non legally-binding "testimony" is enough. Probably the best example of how comically baseless his accusations are - in Wisconsin, he specifically claimed five districts were "rigged" due to Dominion voting machines.
