What theyre going to do to my car radio. This is my second service to the radio for the same exact issue. They replaced the radio with a new one the first time around.

The issue is when I dial up or down the volume using the knob on the radio the volume will skip erratically. Still works via the steering wheel control.

Its a 2019 Maxima I bought brand new in January of 2019.

Hope it's not the wiring harness that goes through the firewall,oh wait brand new? I assume you have a warranty then.Still that's bizarre.

My tacoma does that. I just avoid the wheel. Not worth wasting my time/money when there's a simple workaround.

Its under warranty. Im not spending any money. Im unfortunately wasting time when I could be doing something else though.

Yup. Still under warranty. I wonder if this constitutes the lemon law in Florida. Because if they cant fix it Ill be damned having to have a malfunctioning radio.
