With incumbent Rep. Marcia Fudge widely expected to be appointed to lead the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the new Biden administration, former Ohio State Senator and Bernie Sanders campaign national co-chair Nina Turner has filed to run in Ohio's 11th district, a historically blue district encompassing much of Cleveland.

And what I have to say is: hello somebody! Obviously the party establishment is going to throw its weight against her, but she's already been endorsed by Rep.-elect Cori Bush.

Like Turner, hope she wins.

Have heard good things since 2016 so it'd be nice to actually see her get a national platform.

Also as a random aside, Ohio needs better statewide Democratic candidates, holy shit.
