Have a little table from IKEA that was apparently resting on a floor vent. My computer case rattles so I have to periodically adjust my solution, an expired credit card, to stop that. Went to push the card, nudged the computer too hard, leg went out lol.

Thankfully the computer didn't fall but will need a new table for sure, this thing is a hazard to the cats if they ever rub up against it :/

Desk won't fit in the corner. I have it set up next to the couch and connected to a TV so I can just chill in the living room.

Oh also meant to ask if Walmart has stuff like this... Don't want to drive an hour to IKEA

I had something like that growing up for my laptop >_> Was pretty convenient just folding it up when done. Wasn't 6 feet long though.

Do you have pets? I would probably be fine keeping this the way it is but I'm so paranoid a cat's gonna brush up against it.

I wish this stupid air vent wasn't there, might just buy a new vent cover for it. Found some decent looking things online alright but they have flat bases.

Ok so that IKEA end table was $9.99, *but* I didn't want to drive an hour to IKEA just for that.
Walmart's inventory of tables in general was like... three. So I went to this place called HomeSense that I guess is associated with TJMaxx and Marshalls. They had one table that was adequate in length but it was obviously in a weird condition and I didn't trust the construction.

Then went two stores down to HomeGoods which is... also associated with TJMaxx and Marshalls (wtf to all of this) and they had this random ass trapezoid/coffin-shaped table with marble top for like 70 bucks. Shit is perfect, it's actually longer than the IKEA table, and it has gaps between the marble and the frame so you could string up some LED lighting for extra effect.

With my computer on you can see the lights from the fans and GPU on the surface, shit is awesome lol.
