Ma Rainey's Black Bottom looks to be the front runner for Best Actor and Best Actress possibly, the later split between it and Nomadland. It's average/above average reviews vs the universal praise Nomadland has gotten is a thing too. That and the streaming controversy recently will hurt it as I'm sure some voters will rather put support behind a "traditional" release film.
