I did a reno on a huge bread distribution place and you'd be amazed how much bread gets given away for free and it all goes to farms.

It was strange to see.

We changed the front entrance area (which was still huge) into a kilt shop. It blows my mind that a kilt shop here needs that much space. I have to think most of their sales are online but it's a huge all glass exterior wall store front.

Owner was a kickass Scottish dude though.
