Dante in DmC is not, Dante in the original games is a virgin.

Dante self admittedly feels like an awkward weirdo around normal people and Trish and Lady sure as hell aren't gonna sleep with him. Dante is a cool guy when slaying demons but that's all he knows. He's a weirdo otherwise.
