Lockdowns only work if the general population obeys the rules and UK population isnt smart enough to do that

Hell it's not even good whataboutism. The US doesn't have Christmas lockdowns, let alone promise people Christmas time and then take it away the week before.

And hell if you want to go down that road, as stupid as Trump and his supporters are and their denial of covid, guess what? They are minorities. He got killed in both popular votes, most of the nation hates him. He won because of a crooked system.

In the UK the morons are the majority. Brexit passed, the conservatives dominated the last election with a HUGE majority. And sure that popularity has faded this year but what are the reasons for it fading? "Boris is pro vaccines which are NWO traps to control the population and did lockdowns for this fake virus"

I could step out into the streets in the US without having racial abuse screamed at me,
The streets weren't littered with trash and dried puke and didn't stink
You don't see drunk pregnant teenagers every night falling over themselves and screaming
I didn't have a methlab a stonesthrow away, fires in the street or get stabbed.
You could use public transport without wanting to blow your head off.
You don't get complete strangers saying/doing some of the stupidest/silliest shit you ever heard on a near daily basis.
You don't routinely hear reported horror stories from the media/Government/police/all emperical data and your own personal experience be ignored by people who just refuse to accept reality because they like their fantasy land even as it rots around them.

I'm so damn sick of it, I'm [----] close to saying fuck it. Quiting and just leaving this place behind, it's horrible. Although christ knows if they'll even let me, they didn't last time.

Its not another lockdown. Some areas have moved to more restrictions but its not another national lockdown. If you live in one of the affected areas i get why youd be annoyed though. The government was told weeks ago that relaxing rules for Xmas was silly but they attacked anyone who suggested relaxing the rules not happen as inhuman and here we are at the last minute telling people the relaxation of the rules have been massively cancelled. Piss poor planning.

Not that it matters After you were caught lying on the Royal Mail post a few days back no one believes you live in the UK.

Maybe if you weren't visiting jewellers picking up advent calendars this wouldn't have happened.

There was even a huge crowd of Londoners leaving the city in trains just last night before lockdown started. The trains were packed full so they probably spread the virus again.
